How can we improve screening, follow-up, and quality of life for patients living with diabetes or hypercholesterolemia? We brought together GPs, specialists, patients, and Sanofi teams to map care pathway friction points and prototype personalized support services.

A successful hackathon challenge starts before the weekend. We coach challenge owners (HUS clinicians, entrepreneurs, patients) in dedicated workshops to refine their value proposition, identify required team skills, and rehearse their pitch.

Alongside Roche, thoracic oncologists, patients, and advocacy groups, we ran empathy and co-design workshops to build a community platform addressing the emotional, practical, and clinical needs of people living with lung cancer.
